ANSWERS TO GENERAL FAQ's

1) What makes Tenderbid better than other online purchasing systems?

The Tenderbid system is very secure, all participants, prior to becoming members, are credit checked and assessed on ability to supply. The emphasis of the system used for a Reverse Auction is to bring the purchase price down as opposed to up, as in a Direct Auction.

6) What happens if I have problems during an auction?

If you have a problem with your internet connection during an auction, we are unable to remedy it, but, if you have registered a bid before you lose connection, and there are no further bids, you will of course be notified by e-mail if your last bid was successful. As a safeguard against a crash or a disconnection, may we suggest that you appoint a proxy bidder, or use, say, a Fax machine.
