ONLINE AUCTION RULES 1. Before bidding can take place, all buyers and suppliers must register to receive a password and identification number. This in turn also allows the credit history to be investigated, clearing the way for a reverse/converse auction to take place 2. Prior to bidding, payment arrangements must be agreed upon 3. Payment for all winning bids must be received within 14 days of the auction deadline 4. All bidders must carefully check their bid price before it is placed. Once a bid has been submitted it cannot be changed 5. Please do
