Working with sellers

As a result of modern technology tenderbid offer opportunities for suppliers to penetrate accounts that hitherto have been unattainable, because of the traditional way of working.

If you are an proficient, high-calibre supplier in your particular sphere, you are well placed to win additional business faster than ever before, as you no longer need to reply on the old traditional ways of winning business in order to increase revenue. Suppliers who can supply quality products in the time scale specified and at a price that is agreeable to both sides will win more business than ever before.

Business-to-business commerce is progressing online at a very fast pace. Usage of the Internet breaks down many of the traditional barriers making it possible to purchase throughout the world, faster and more cost effectively.

Tenderbid is an independent third party whose sole aim is to achieve the best price suitable to both parties in a fair and ethical manner. All business transactions are conducted fairly and with integrity - this is the same way we treat all participants of our reverse/converse auctions as we are dedicated to customer service.

If you have never worked with Tenderbid before, the first thing you must do is register. This indicates that you are ready to go ahead with the qualification process and ultimately be invited to bid by one or more of our buyers.

When a reverse/converse auction is going to be held in your particular product classification you will be sent a brief summary of the product/service or commodity. When you have had time to study this you will be asked if you wish to take part in the bidding. If you decide to proceed you will be sent a Request for Information form to complete which will give us a profile of your business, detailing your supply, quality and delivery capabilities. Your replies will help the buyer to decide whether to include your company in a particular auction.

If the buyer decided that you are to be offered an invitation to bid you will be given a detailed specification of the product to be purchased along with the terms and conditions of purchase.
